You can LEGALLY call yourself KING of your own business if you want to. There is no LAW when it comes to giving yourself a title in your OWN company. Why would the government need to stick their noses in that and create laws for job titles? I would like to think our law makers have more pressing issues than regulating what a some guy calls himself in in OWN business.
Actually the standard term for the head of a corporation is president The boss can call himself/herself whateva wheneva. But you don t have to eat stick from the egotists.
what is considered right and wrong is certainly left to be defined by the interpreter. Hell I know a C E O of a corporation who has Janitor on his card. Who cares? I guess I mean other than you?
You can use your $20k to secure a larger loan, but unless you have spotless credit and a long credit history, you probably won t be able to borrow $100k with only $20k as collateral. Talk to your banker and ask about keeping the $20k in a separate account called a compensating balance account.

Technically, yes, you are supposed to pay taxes for income received from these types of machines. On a more practical matter, it s very difficult for the government to enforce transactions that are purely cash. However, as a former auditor, here s what the IRS might do if they suspect that a vending machine operator is cheating.1. They ll examine bank deposits to find out if there is a lot of money being deposited that isn t being reported on your company s books.2. They ll examine your purchase history of items you stock in your vending machines. If they see that you purchase and go through much more inventory than your income records support, they may reach the conclusion that you re hiding cash.3. They ll take a look at your sources of income and see if it matches your lifestyle. If you regularly report a very low income but live in an exclusive neighborhood and drive an expensive car, they ll dig into your bank records to find out what s going on.One more thing - unlike the criminal justice system, in the tax court, the burden of proof is on the taxpayer. In other words, the IRS will make an assertion about your guilt, and they have no responsibility to prove that they re right - it s your responsibility to prove that they re wrong! This makes it really tough for a tax cheat to weasel out of paying their fair share of taxes.
I would imagine that the people and companies that rent those machines pay a tax to have them there and get a percentage of the money that they bring in. OR The people who own the machines may pay walmart or a mall to let them have them set up in their store in that case I would guess that the only taxes they pay is for the product in the machine.

Try something vintage. Like, White Collar. Or something that attracts customers and gets them thinking, hey! that store sounds cool. Let s check it out . Just be original, dont name it something like Hendersonie and Grinch (Sounds a lot like Abercrombie and Fitch LOL). Although, you can still use your last name. Like, let s say you are making this clothing store with a friend. Try your last names together. They might sound great! Just try it. Like, Davidson and Sanders . Idk, just be interesting! LOL. Good Luck!

you better do a lot of reading and research if you have never taken any business courses- a degree is not necessary to run a businessmost small business owners probably have no college at all - (Tony, the Pizza shop guy-college? I don t think so) - local community colleges or high school continuing ed programs have occasional how to start a business class - that will teach you some of the basics - there are tons of books and magazines out there - start reading - you have to find something that interests YOUif it s easy, it probably doesn t make much money because too many people will be doing it and that means less business for everyone doing that same business (like Amway)
Unfortunately the easiest is often a flooded market and nobody makes money then. You need to find a niche market and fill that. Go to your library and check for magazines called Entrepreneur, Inc. Magazine and one called Fast Company. They re magazines aimed at the small business owner.Online you can do searches for marketing articles and find a lot of good information.
