It s difficult to say because second hand stores get away with this sort of behavior. If you re not printing them yourself, and you are obtaining them legally, then it s possible that it would be OK. Ask yourself the question Am I making money from someone Else s idea If you answer yes then do not do it.You cannot take a plain tshirt, put a known band s name or logo on it, for sale. You can decorate a tshirt with your own ideas.

Main thing is too ask the company you appply with. Each state and situation might have guidelines to follow. It is true that a lot of the DIY kits for $49 (at home kits) can be misleading.
