WHO DO I CALL FOR SOMEONE? -

I live in stockton ca. There is someone that i have used services from in the past that is not licensed. I know people use this person for their services and this person is getting a lot of money by braking the law. Who do i call for someone like that? I want to report this person not because i want to be mean but because this person isdishonestt and does not do a good job at what he/she does.Please let me know

The licensing agency in your city/state that licenses whatever it is that this person is doing unlicensed. if they are braking the law in any way, you can also contact the local police.
