You need to send your resume out to real jobs you are qualified to do. In your cover letter you need to state that you wish to work remotely, from your home office. LOTS of companies, especially in CA operate this way. They usually provide transportation for you to come in for an interview and for you to attend company meetings a few times a year, but otherwise everything is done online
Can you work a phone? Talk to friends and family? Sell access to a green store? I understand about not being able to get out and do things, I do. I spend more then a couple years looking for a legit company to work from home. Ended up finding one that made near a billion dollars last year, has been around for twenty four years, BBB awards, free training and support (not something many work from home can claim), and its relativity easy if you are social and know people that want to better themselves.Sorry to hear about your surgery, I hope your recovery goes well.
