i m planning to come in less busy hours so it wouldn t be a bother... how do i present and introduce myself? what should i say to open the conversation? thanks

Well first off, its your homework so don t be nervous. You aren t applying for a job. Greet the person, and introduce yourself (Hi, my name is jane doe, it s nice to meet you). Then after he talks, thank him for letting you interview him and be appreciative (i really appreciate you taking the time to let me come in and interview you). I don t know what your homework is exactly but maybe ask how he likes his jobs, what are some of his responsibilities and if he d prefer to try a bigger company...
