If they re not authorized, then yes, they re fake.(Especially if the Web site is based in China. That s pretty much a guarantee that they re not real.)

If an online store is not an authorized seller of a product is the product necessarily fake? -
I really want to buy myself a pair of Ugg boots but they are way too pricey for me so I looked around online and found websites that had them for about $80 but the actual price is $180 and on the Ugg website those stores were not listed under the authorized retailers. I m a little skeptical and do not want to purchase them if they are not coming from a real online store or if the boots are fake, what should I do????????????? Help ME!!!
Ebay seller changed his mind about selling the product after he received the money, can he do that? -
In theory, you can source the product form elsewhere and sue him in Small Claims Court for the difference ..Good Luck !
Technically, eBay rules and regulations prohibit this. However, you cannot force the guy to ship the item. As long as you get your money refunded, you have no recourse beyond filing a complaint with eBay and giving negative feedback
did he say the product was broke or damged and couldnt sell cos thats what happened to me.try reporting it to ebay at least they will then keep a track of it and if it happens too often they will kick him off
