I still owe 25,000 on my business which is secured by my home and business assets. I closed down the physical store and am going online only due to family illness that is causing me to stay home. Yeh. Sorry about this. I know it stinks. Chapter 11 won t let you keep the business, maybe the house. Chapter 13 will help you re-structure your debt. Find an attorney that specializes in bankrupcy. Your consultation should be free. Past that, you may be surprised at how little they cost. I mean after all, you are filing for bankrupcy. Good luck to you and I believe you are not trying to get out of your responsibilities.

I have ordered 4 products from amazon and they are saying 1 is completed and 3 in open order what des it mean? -

Hi friends,yesterday I ordered a canon camera, camera case, memory card and warranty for camera. Now it is showing status as waranty card in Completed order under heading of Items , camera and memory card in open orders but as Items not yet shipped and camera case in open orders but under heading of only Items . It has withdrawn money for only case and warrany from account. so I am confused about status of my purchased things.whether they will be sending it to me otherwise there is no use of warranty which will reach me within 4 days without camera. What do they want to tell me actually? Thanks all.

Open order means that the item(s) have not yet shipped or are in the shipping process, also during the open order phase you can add an item, or cancel the order Completed means the order has shipped.just keep checking order status, sometimes it takes a bit to update the full order. hope this helps!

My idea is to walk around in New York in morning rush hour selling doughnuts. We would walk around from car to car in trafic jams selling doughnuts.

You can t do that legally without a peddler s license from the state. Also, when you re selling food, there s all kinds of Board of Health regulations you have to comply with. I m not saying it s a bad idea -- actually, I think it s a darn good one -- I m just saying that you probably won t be able to do it legally, which will mean you ll have to duck and run every time you see a cop coming.

OK i have 10 yrs experience heres what i do i wake up go grab a cup of coffe go online check my e mails login to my mebers area check to see who joined lately call them and ask them if it s good time to talk a minutes or make an appointement to call back later on to discuss the business with them and mentor them along !Then i start advertsing for a few hours about 3 ! contact my current members give them more resources tell them when the next webinar is and what s happening !then go out and do whatever i feel like doing for few hours that day !come home eat dinner go online play games check e mails send out more messages and ads and just have fun !actual work time per day is about 5 hours !

There are 3 blank lines. one for pay to the order of, signature, and purchaser. the line that says purchaser is the only one i m confused about. Do I put my address on the line that says purchaser? b/c there isn t an address line. if it helps it s a money order from Amscot.
