I d just tweak it a little and call it The Lotus Bed. I d go to a place called that.

We found a perfect building with only little repairs to be done. There is no competition in that area at all. If we could find investors that would be great too.

Before you invest a lot of time and funds, check EVERYTHING out.All over head expenses, traffic in your location, type of food people eat, and everything else.Make sure the city will issue a permit to open a restaurant and what they will require .Have enough money to see you through until you start making a profit.
