How comes Chinese wholesalers never use Paypal for transactions? -

I know soo many different Chinese wholesalers but none of them seem to do Paypal transactions they say i have to pay by Western Union. One wholesaler said she don t know how to use it.One wholesaler said theres a problem in China. One wholesaler said his business is not allowed to have one.And many more! Its getting me suspicious whether i should by their stuff but my friend always buys stuff off them and he receives them but for some reason i feel ill get scammed :( .What are your views on this and the question?

I know it well, let s tell you why:1. the paypal and ebay need credit card to use it, but the bank in china refuse to issue the credit card to the poeple who works in Private-owned company if they can t show them financial capability, such as real estate and cars. So it s why they said there s a problem in china. ******Recently we can use paypal without credit card, but the ebay need credit cards.******2. they would not like to used the paypal transactions at all, you would not like scam, right? the chinese is worried about it too, it s well knowed in some forum, that there someboday draw back the money they paid by paypal after the goods is sent out3. the last reason maybe the don t know it atall, if they said they don t know paypal, it s mean he/she is a novice in export trading.I m very happy if the info can help you ! good luck

You might be right, I would google it as much as you can. I have bought probably 4 or 5 things off ebay from wholesalers in China and used PayPal everytime so I dont think they arent allowed or its a problem there, maybe they are just to lazy to figure out how to use it idk.

Some countries don t have access to Paypal (Czechoslovakia is one), so this may be the real issue. Check with Paypal as to which countries, worldwide, they do not do business with.If there is an issue, switch instead to Worldpay, that one covers the countries that Paypal does not.

Is it because there is not enough marketing for Paypal? Therefore the low take up rate?Or is it that the withdrawal fees are high?I m curious too. I want to get stuff from China but they don t use Paypal. Other methods seems more inconvenient, like you need a bank account from a Chinese bank.

Because Paypal treat Chinese unfairly, so most people in China prefer to others.but i know a site accept Paypalwww.milanoo.com

Email me I know a China wholesaler who accepts PayPal. jmarie024@yahoo.com

Where is my package from usps? wtf? -

ok, so i go to the spawn.com forums, and i made a trade with the guy, he is a trusted trader, and i got that all sorted out bla bla bla. so as of right now, it is the 3rd week, and the package is coming from ohio, . but wait, it gets more interesting, he didn t get a tracking number. so i call usps, and now they cant do anything until they have some sort of number and thats a bunch of crap. and btw, im in canada. can ANYONE help?

first, that s not a bunch of crap , it s how that system works. second, get the seller to send you the tracking number. every ups parcel gets one, if he really used ups, you ll get one, if not and he s lying to you, you need to proceed w/ a claim.

You said this was shipped by United States Postal Service. In that case, unless the seller sent it by a way that required a tracking #, it may not have a number at all. USPS shipments don t all have one.I suggest you go back to the seller, and find out:1. Did he send it by a method that used tracking #s?2. If so, you need the number.3. If not, then I believe he owes you a refund if he shipped it 3 weeks ago., or you could file. a claim. But also, if this was coming from the US to Canada, that could throw another interesting twist in the problem. I think the seller needs to be a good businessperson and get you some answers.
