You don t ask for anything when doing a PR job - you make sure that you ALWAYS have a contract! Don t even start a job without a contract, even if these are friends. That way you don t have to worry about details like this.If you are a real professional you would have legal help to create your contracts too.

What is the most likely object would consider buying and not buying off ebay? -
I would buy almost anything -- the only limit is low cost heavy/bulky items where the postage makes it totally un-economic ...I am much more restrictive on which Auctions I bid on .. for example, if I m looking for, say, a laptop, I ll only bid on sellers whos Feedback shows hundreds of successful laptop sales. Some items are more risky than others = for example DVD s USB Memory Sticks = here I look for thousands of positive feedback and a high rating (remember - if they have 10,000 feedback and a rating of 98% that means 200 negatives ..).I often read the Negative feedback before making my bid .. those who have a lot of problems with lost in the post or hit customers with unexpected Customs Duty VAT charges never get my business ...
What do I need to know before I start my own business? -
If you plan on starting a small business, be sure to check out the site provided in the sources to see what kind of permits, licenses, and other legal things you ll need to set up, if you need to at all.
With you currently running your own website business, I m sure you have some knowledge of the basics on how a business is run. The finance, marketing and account aspects of it all. If I were you, you may benefit from check out the Small Business Administration site, http://sba.gov They offer information and what steps are needed to starting your own business - you ll need to lay out a business plan and apply for a small business loan.I m not sure if you ve given any thought into uniforms, whether it be for yourself or employees, but if you haven t, you should check out SharperUniforms.com. They have some really great fashionable, yet quality and durable uniforms at great prices. You can even have the uniforms embroidered with your company s name too. Of course, this may be ways in the future, but it s always nice to see what your options are and to start a list of related sites that pertain to running a successful business. If you have a small shop that customers will be visiting or even doing house or business calls for computer repair and servicing, you may want to be professional with a shirt with your company s name embroidered on the front or back and become a walking billboard for your company s name.http://www.sharperuniforms.com/Hope this helps and best of luck to you!
You need to have marketing, that is very important. Try advertising on Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, Microsoft AdCenter (Bing), Craigslist.org, USFreeAds, SuperPages, etc. They are all really good places to advertise.

Can a small website making money of Adsense be registered as a Business? -
Hi there I am very interested to see your website.
anything can be registered as a business, but seems overkill to setup a business to get Makro and Costco membership - find someone who has a business and just join through them.if you setup any business you will also need to fill out tax returns, which could be expensive
You could put as business to minus tax, but it is not recommended, since too small earning
I have 4 computers/printers/broadband connection with 500 sq. ft office. Suggest some business opportunities.? -
You might want to consider setting up an IT Training Business. Training people on the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Software Packages)To minimize costs, you will do the Training on site. E,g Training Centres or Organisations (that have training facilities for their staff) This significantly reduces set up costs. (No Training centre to rent, no computers to buy) There is still a big market for peole who are learning IT - Some just trying to get into jobs, some need refresher training. The 4 computers could be used to do Training from home or maybe buy a few more and open an Internet Cafe.Best Wishes
I find it strange that you have 4 computers/printers and a broadband connection in a 500 ft2 office without an actual business. What kind of skills/knowledge do you have? You may want to explore that as well but you should probably start thinking pretty hard unless you don t have to pay rent. As for business opportunities, well that s hard when you haven t provided any info on yourself, what you re skilled at and what you re interested in. I started a jewellery business. Perhaps you could to though I should warn you, it s harder than it sounds.
Name for small bakery? -
Fancy Feast would be great, but I believe that s a brand of cat food.Fantasy ConfectionsMoonbeams n Dreams BakeryFruits n Flours Two Friends Bake Shop Fruit ConfectionsLittle House BakeryDesigner DessertsKatie Emily Fantasy Desserts (or whatever your names are)Or get a figurine or toy or painting for the shop and name it after that, like Goosegirl Bakery or Rosebud Bakery or The Stone House Bakery.
If your bakery makes a big hit and you franchise can I get a cut? It has to be catchy, funny, not too long. Who s the target market?
Tiny Tortes
