Do the work at home websites actually work? Whats the catch? -

I would really like to know because it sounds really interesting.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people

Some do and some don t. Things I look for in a business are free or low cost to join, free or low cost to run, some level of training and/or support, a website or information on how to create one, and a simple duplicatable business success system. The company and people should support and train you because when you make money they make money. I really like businesses that can be run part time, from home, and online.

Some people tend to think that if you get a stay at home job, all you have to do is join so so website and you will start seeing cashflows automatically. LOL. It s not so! It is called Work at home. Do your research because there are systems that works but you do have to work it. I am slowly but surely creating an income from home with a team building company. I am in a home business I really like. It s one of the cheapest businesses you can run ($19.95/mo) and you can easily save hundreds every month at over 175,000 stores. You can make great money referring people to the club or join just to save on merchandise and food.If you want to learn more, please go to:swiftcash.myworldresults.com

Creative ideas to raise money during an auction???? -

So, my work is having a silent auction and in past years has done really well at raising money......but the last 2 years its gone really downhill. I work at a private childrens school and its really important we use the raised money for improvements to the schools program. We ve all been trying to brainstorm for some cool/unique ideas to have during this years auction that will help raise a decent amount of money but havent been able to come up with too much. Can anyone offer any inventive ideas please?

Auction a lunch with special people, such as local celebrities.

auction off some type of service a group of volunteers can perform

Fun easy money making tips? -

I am thirteen. Me and my friend want to make some money so we can buy halloween decorations. My mom says I can t walk dogs for some reason, and I don t want any thing that is online stuff. Something that will help get a lot of money. And how to do it and how to set it up? And something that dosn t cost lots. Please and thank you. :)

How about baby-sitting? It may not be everyone s favorite thing to do (believe me, I know). But, really, you can earn $5+ an hour. I tend to charge $5, and $1 extra an hour for each additional child to be watched. Be willing to fit the persons needs. But, if you simply don t get along with the kids, or the client isn t paying you enough (within reason), there really is absolutely no point in baby-sitting for that family. Or think of your hobbies? Perhaps you and your friend would be willing to house-sit, or make cards or candy and sell them in your neighborhood.

Can i get in trouble? -

Ok, So i am fourteen, and ive made a product that can be harmful if used wrong, im planning to sell it in school... and i have made a Terms of agreement and added a spot for signatures, in the terms it says that if it is used as a weapon i am not responsible, that it is entirely the fault the owner of it, now my question is... If they sign it saying they agree to the terms and they use it as a weapon can i get in trouble? My parents say i can because i will be selling it to minors.

Nope, not at all. Just as long as you don t sell it to a total jerk, you ll be fine. :3 What are you selling, anyway? And the terms of agreement is a very good idea. A lot of people don t think of that and end up getting in deep merde, so it s a good idea. With the signature as proof, you should be safe. If they abuse the product, like the person above me said, it s their own fault.

Hi Skillkil, You would have to get it patent(that s # s so no one else can take it away from you) But since you have stated that it is dangerous and can be used has a weapon..You will get into big trouble if you sell what you have made at school and the kids are probably under age..I would listen to your parents, they do know what they are talking about.. What if you did sell one of your items to a kid at school, and he killed someone by accident..Who do you think will get in trouble along with this kid??? You would My Friend..Think before you ever do anything like this, not unless you want to spend many many years in Prison..

Yes, you can get into trouble. People under the age of 18 can t sign any contract. Your Terms of Agreement is just that - a contract. Under the law, you (well, really your parents since you don t have any money) would be liable for damages. You may face some sort of criminal action since you re selling something that you know to be potentially harmful. Your parents may also be tried criminally if someone gets hurt. Don t do it. Find a way to make your product safe or sell to adults only.

It s hard to say for sure without knowing the specifics of what you re selling, but regardless of what it is, if it s potentially dangerous and you re planning to sell it to minors you should add another line on your Terms of Agreement where a parent or guardian must sign as well.

minors can t sign a contract whether a buyer or a seller. Not only will your parents be responsible and possibly sued but you and your parents will be in a lot of trouble from the school district.

oh hell yes you can get into loads of trouble

What is ach merchant services? -

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House and is a fancy way of saying electronically transferring money to and from bank accounts. So a merchant services provider offering ACH services is offering you the ability to accept payments by checks electronically which in effect makes them very similar to accepting check cards. The money comes directly from the user s checking account and goes into yours.
