They will promise for data entry but will give list of some survey companies. you will spend your valuable time but will not make money worth that.Or they will tell for adsense. You will join as affiliate of any company and will advertise and sell their products online. there really isn;t one - you would need a sales tax license so they don;t you sales taxes on wholesale purchases and probably just a local business license to prove you are a business - start with your town s business and licensing dept - and you may have zoning issues if you want to run the business from you house and you live in a totally residential neighorhood
Yes that mean you have to register your business and get a tax id number.
Try the Regional City hall, that is what worked for me in CA.
