there really isn;t one - you would need a sales tax license so they don;t you sales taxes on wholesale purchases and probably just a local business license to prove you are a business - start with your town s business and licensing dept - and you may have zoning issues if you want to run the business from you house and you live in a totally residential neighorhood
Yes that mean you have to register your business and get a tax id number.
Try the Regional City hall, that is what worked for me in CA.
