Problem with ebay non-payer with no feedback? -

I ve received no payment via paypal and it has been 6 days... ebay suggests I contact buyer before opening case... I m not sure what to say to them, I dont want to come across as nagging - they might leave neg feedback... Please help :(

u can send an invoice to the buyer again. If it doesn t work u can send an email mentioning that its been 6 days and u haven t paid and the buyer committed to buy it when he hit the i commit button when buying the item. And if that doesn t work open a case in eBay/paypal and eBay will continue the process. Also pls don t be rude to the buyer as he might leave a negative feedback. Have you checked to make certain that particular bank does perform that service. Do you have your account set up with your state unemployment department.
