There is no no return policy on eBay. If they say an item is significantly not as described they can always return it, and you can t stop them unless you prove they re lying. They just don t take it back instantly though. they usually go through paypal who lets you know it s coming. Once it arrives, you can look it over and contact paypal if it arrived damaged. (It sounds like you didn t respond to paypal emails. (Your spam filter might have caught them.)I ve been buying on selling on eBay for many years, and have been on both sides of Paypal s system. My best advice is don t sell trash , but there are some people who complain and want $ back even if it s perfect. good for buyers, not sellers.

Ideally, there s no (or few) minimum user requirements and no requirement for using this same company s high-speed internet access, unless it s better priced than my business cable internet. at the age of 15 you can get a work release thing from your councilor, and as long as you dont work over 30 hours a week its legeal, then all you have to do is find a job that will hire 14-15 year olds, probly a shitty job but a job is a job

a local contractor might need someone to sweep up, or do a little demolition work. I like to hire high school and college kids for that kind of stuff cause they work cheap. And they are usually more reliable than the crackheads willing to work for that price.
