Can officers of my newly created s corp be opted out from payroll? -

my just created a new s corp and elected 2 officers. is it mandatory by law to run their payroll? can something be done about that? they are just helping voluntarily.

A prospect would be any person or company who is potentially interested in your services, like restaurants and catering companies. Hotels need chefs too. I suppose that there are some very wealthy individuals out there (Bill Gates for example), who have their own personal chef. So, technically speaking, those individuals are job prospects as well. Look at all the cooking shows on TV - all of those shows need a back-up/support kitchen staff - yet another category of job prospects for a culinary arts person.

(High traffic location is a must for clothing business).. what will be your specialty ?? adult / females/ males/ or everything ??.. it will cost you alot much if you get everything at once as a start.. and you would not have the nice variety for each devision you want .. If you are looking to sell Adult and young people, clothes and Shoes.... you are looking for $70,000.00 at least to make a decent start, and decent startup push profit.. or customers base..
