I lost an item im selling on ebay? -

Okay well im selling a dvd on ebay and its got 3 bids already and finishes in a few hours but yesterday while tidying i lost it. I looked EVERYWHERE. So what do i do?

contact ebay and ask them to remove the listingyou ll probably be penalized for it and still have to pay the listing fee though

_ . . . This is a naughty me answer, but sometimes, in all of the ruckus of handling 1,000 + items, I sell something twice that I only have one of. I usually ship the actual item to the person who won the auction first. Then I send an e-mail to the other winner and tell them that I discovered that the item was damaged while I was packing it for shipment. I give a full refund and send the refund transaction ID with the e-mail that I use to inform them the item was damaged. This makes sure that they don t have any room to argue or complain. It might sound shiesty, but no one gets screwed over, and it works.

You have to cancel the bids then end the auction, eBay doesn t do it for you.

My dream is to open up my own spa? -

i want to own my own line of spa. i m 15 and a sophmore in high school. there is a program a Vogue College that allows you to get your cosmetology degree before you even graduate from high school. with this i could go straight from high school into my dream job and get a head start on years of experience. i think this would help me open my own spa a few years quicker than i would if i waited until after college to get my degree. what is your opinion on it? would you do it if you were in my shoes?

I would plan on going to college for a REAL degree, it may be your dream but every cosmo i know has quit there jobs over the years beause you cant just stand on your feet all day everyday, you end up getting horrible arthritis. Go for something that will make you big money, with the economy the way it is, hardly anyone is going to the spa

You will need lots of money to start up and it will be a huge risk because most new business fail. Be smart about it. Buy real assets

start with spelling lessons cause honey. you can t spell for $hit and no matter what you end up doing for a living, you will have to fill out an application. And that application will have to be read. By a person you will need to impress.

cosmetology is a good way to go. you only need your highschool diploma or a ged. classes are 9-24 months and i hear its easy to get in. cosmetology classes can be found at cosmetology schools, technical schools and some community colleges.

You can work as an apprentice with a carpenter,painter, plumber etc. Sometimes hands on experience is better than learning through books.

Ok so i m taking a business class in high school and i have to create my own business and i choose to do a Mexican restaurant and i need a budget . No restaurant buys it s own location unless it s a huge outfit like McDs.Easier for your purposes to assume a lease @ $20 sf (or whatever the going rate is in your area -- check the commericial real estate section of the paper).Then factor in costs of food and supplies (including transportation), employees, biz insurance, marketing, legal/accounting, costs for stuff like payroll and credit card processing, computer hardware/software (i.e., cash registers and accounting system to track your revenue and costs), etc. And don t forget taxes on your profit.

I could suggest $50 but it may not be worth less or more. You might list for 99 cents with a reserve of $50 if you want, then you can accept the highest offer or none of them. What is this item???

in my humble opinion, you should consider the time, transportation,and the snacks you eat it will cost fair enough for about $30.00.lol

Figure out how you much you want to make minus the fees and that should be your answer.

On ebay there is no way to do that. I m pretty sure you can do it on Auctiva though.

Actually you can do this. In My Ebay, instead of going to All Selling go to Active Selling and it will give you page views for all of your items. There s even a views refresh button. I only responded to this because I had this same question and had to figure it out for myself after going nuts! Report Abuse
