How can I buy the healthcare package for my employees less than 10 workers? -

I have workers less than 10 and unable to buy healthcare package from the insurance company due to the cost high sky rock?? Help???

Step 1 would be to get an insurance broker. Let them look for the best value. I know how to negotiate a lease, but am clueless on insurance, use someone else s expertise. Step 2 is talk to your employees. Be honest and give them the option of paying for more of the cost, or reduced benefits. When my rates go up, I do this. Unfortunately, it was an even split, but I think they appreciate being in on the discussion. Do it in private, not hard with 10 people. Find out what is important to them in the insurance, and communicate this to the broker so as to get the most for what you/they pay for.If you have to eliminate the insurance, tell the employees why. If it is offer insurance or stay open/not fire people, I think the choice will be less/no insurance.

Kleeneze full time amp; in recession? -

Hi, I did Kleeneze a few years ago for a very short time and without putting much in made a bit so do think that with hard work determination good earnings are possible. I know there are also already a lot of posts about Kleeneze. What I really want to know is how distributors are finding it with the recession? have your sales dropped? I would appreciate answers only from people doing or who have done Kleeneze. Also to get a sponsor is there a better way I mean does it make a difference? (dont know too much about that side of things) should I just go on the Kleeneze site or answer one of the numerous ads? surely it would be better to go with someone who already has a successful team? or is this not neccessarily so? any tips/advice much appreciated. How many catalogues would be a good figure to aim to drop a week in order to have a reasonable return? am looking to do this full time. Thanks!

If you intend to do it full time, I suggest you take on multiple complementary catalogs == a good one to go with Kleeneze (cleaning products) would be Avon (make-up) == [things like Bettaware(sp?) and AmWay are not a good choice as they overlap too much]Whilst walking around delivering catalogs (and collecting orders / delivering product) for one it s very little extra effort to be doing a few others at the same time, so maybe something in clothing and greetings cards as well ??Even better would be to have a job that involves visiting your local neighbors anyway (pools collector, milk delivery etc)
