Do we have open-air swapmeets/flea market in Georgia like we have in California.? -

I am talking about big drive-in like areas converted into flea markets.Some are full time and some weekends only.Where you rent a space for the day,or weekend,or month,and bring in your stuff wherever you got it from and sell it and pack it at end of day.... ?

You betcha...Every time I visit Atlanta, I reserve a afternoon to hit my favorite.Put the words flea market Georgia for a list of the big ones.

I have created a really sucessful little cleaning company, and I want to grow it, but the staff I employ are unreliable and let me down, meaning I end up having to re-schedule or offer the customers cheaper cleaning.How do I grow it without pushing my own limits with time (I end up spending 7 hours a day cleaning to keep customers happy), grow the business and allow myself time at home, to do paperwork!

Staff reliability depends on office discipline, staff should do only office work, no politics, and they should perform their given task, if anybody fails to perform his/ her duty kicked him/ her off the duty and from the company no need keep such stupid who is undermining the company procedure and its set up. There should not be delayed in payment of their wages, timely salary payment and timely delivery of required services are the basic and core issue of every business. if it is maintained by the employer then there should not be problem. Advertise your business and services regularly, specify the cleaning services which you want to sell/ market, run promotion on different cleaning aspects, like office cleaning, house cleaning. furniture cleaning, home services, school and colleges, some adhoc offer, a full and complete package should be advertised into the different news papers, attend the call, be polite always and do the service in time, such maintenance will keep your Company active and you will get a place into the market in terms of reliability and quality.make uniform of your staff, should be presentable, keep all local authority requirement updated, no illegal deals etc. An special incentive if any staff doing well so that other may encourage and motivate, such appreciation and acknowledgment will increase efficiency among staff members to work honestly instead to involve in politics.

I wanted to do registeration with ebay.in for selling products, but once reg is over, it is showing? -

I have contacted their customer care but no reply yet?please help me. Even i tried with another browser internet explorer 7 thinking that ebay doesnot support mozilla but same error message i had encountered.I do not have credit card, so how to register with paypal? paypal will not accept debit card though the option is there in their website, because money transactions is not possible as i have tried earlier. Also if i register with ebay.in(Indian version) whether iam able to login with Indian ebay ID then buy or sell items(place my item pictures) at ebay.com(USA version)?

input error.. may be you are entering something wrong which the form cannot accept and hence cannot be processed.if it is not so, then try registering from another computer.you don t need paypal for indian ebay.ebay india uses paisapay, which is similar to paypal. however, paisapay cannot be used in ebay.com.indian debit cards not accepted in paypal.there may be other methods but i don t know.i tried using my debit card, got frustrated and then dropped the whole idea of using paypal.you can log in with indian ebay id at ebay.com (usa).you can buy but i don t know if you can sell in ebay.com (usa).you ll need paypal here.

Starting Online Buisiness ( selling clothes )? -

Just and idea at the moment but i am seriously considering it any help or links to sites to help me on my way would be much appreciated.

(High traffic location is a must for clothing business).. what will be your specialty ?? adult / females/ males/ or everything ??.. it will cost you alot much if you get everything at once as a start.. and you would not have the nice variety for each devision you want ..If you are looking to sell Adult and young people, clothes and Shoes.... you are looking for $70,000.00 at least to make a decent start, and decent startup push profit.. or customers base..If you look for specialty first , as women clothes, or men, or kids, it would be better to concentrate and make good name for your start, with less money damage if it turns out to be something else. plus the rest of the other $75,000 you would save for back-up plan, advertisment, etc....there is many places.. yet the quality, and the shipping prices will make the difference.. what you will need to think before start :-1- Location, Location, Location.............. high traffic with $5,000.00 better than away location with $1,000.00 rent, etc... 2- what will be your basic main customers ?? Young adults?? teens ?? working women ?? etc.....3- You look for everything to have at once is very bad for your budget, (Except if you have at least $150,000.00 ) yes i m serious.. You can start small (Not actually small) with $30,000 and you specified only with women trendy clothes you will have a decent collection which can cover a store of (3000 feet / 1000 Meters).. Yet there is plenty of other factors as well.. and there is seasonal items and clothes, etc...... Need any help, will be more than glad.. Im new to ebay - paypal buyer paid for item now has said he wants to cancel ? fees? -

im new to ebay and just sold a item i have recieved payment through paypal can they do a chargeback is a buyer at a legal obligation to pay for a item i have listed on ebay when they decide 10 minutes later they want to cancel payment buyer has said that he will cancel through bank on monday What can i do ??

No they are under no obligation you are best to refund of your own volition.Email them and say you are forwarding a cancellation, then do so via ebay, I don t have a link so you ll need to find it on the site-map or go to the link and ask there.Once they have ticked the correct box then simply press the refund via PP.Going any other way is just going to give you grief.Your FV fees will get refundedFrom reading your post I think you may have already refused.Get back to them, apologise and follow the process and they can t leave you feed back and if you don t refund they will charge-back anyway and leave you bad fb.the link is on ebay where seasoned ebayers give advice, you ll need a thick skin but take the good advice and ignore the bad.

How do i make sure im remembered when im turning in an application? -

I ve been looking for a job at fast food restaurants and other small businesses and every time I turn in an application I never get anything back. Does anybody have any tips to leave an impression on them?

Ask to speak to the manager and turn it in to them PERSONALLY, say sir or ma am , POLITNESS goes aloooonnnnnggggg way.If that doesnt work SLAP the manager lol j/k about the last part.

How are you dressed when they see you? Hygene? Wear a nice shirt..no Tshirts and decent pants. Act enthusiastic about working there. Don t ask questions about pay, time off what the job will do for you. Show them what you will do for THEM. Give some references of adults who know your work ethic. teachers who like you. Neighbors. Friends of your parents. A couple days after turning in the application, call the hiring person and espress your interest in the job. Remember the enthusiasim..Ask them again to consider you. Do they have any questions about your app? If you talk to them a few times about the job they will remember you.Good luck
