Their water and electricity will work for you if you explain that to them up front. Or you could do what I do and use a No Rinse wash. Takes me 2 gallons of water to do entire vehicle. I just go to the store and buy 2 gallons of distilled water and use that. Also, letting them know you would only wash their vehicle with distilled water to prevent water spots makes you stand out. Just explain you will need an outlet to run your wet vac and ask them if that would be a problem. I ve never had a customer say no. No, using their stuff won t work. Not all would have outlets where it would be convenient for you. You d be better off investing in a pickup truck with water tank and a generator. THEN you run into the problem of the gray water discharge, as a lot of communities now have BIG concerns regarding the dirty water runoff into regular storm drains. As for your billing... You bill them PER WASH, but with a monthly discount of say, 10% (i.e. buy X washes now and get 10% off)And you are seriously undercharging, IMHO. Even running a car through the gas station wash is like 5-10. A premium car wash where you get the vacuum and hand-dry is $20. And there are at least 4 weeks per month. $50 a month is WAY TOO CHEAP. Another possibility: basic car wash package, premium car wash package, full detailing. $50 gets 3 basic washes (once per week) and 1 premium wash. You can give coupons for discounts on other packages or services. You will need insurance... in case of accidents and damages to customer vehicles, and some locations, such as company parking lots, may not allow you to wash there. Keep that in mind.

I agree with the other poster but you better make sure they know what they are doing, I wouln t have anyone touching my brakes myself, not even so called licensed mechanics, they are all cowboys.Also, you might not need to have rotors replaced but fluid might need replacing and bleeding, wheel bearings checked and general visual inspection won t hurt.I think $150 is plenty but you forgot to say what car it is, it might make a difference. Also when in there it s worth giving it a good clean, so that would reflect on price.But cowboys never clean anyways.

I m getting married in 2 days!! (NOVEMBER 7th). I had paid to have my reception at a ballroom in a hotel and I signed a contract about 2months ago that CLEARLY stated that the final price would be around $5,000 with a deposit of $1,000. Well today I went in to make sure everything was ok and TODAY they handed me a new contract that said there was an addition of over $6,000 which would bring the total to around $12,000. IS THIS POSSIBLE!! Can they just change the contract on me 2 days before my wedding??I m really stressing because that s too much money added for just one night. I don t understand how they could do that to me when I still have the original copy which mentions nothing about this addition. They said it s for security guards and other stuff. Is there a law where they can just change a contract like that? I really don t know what to do? Should I go ahead and pay or is it worth fighting for. They told me I have until tomorrow by 3:00 pm. I can t cancel my wedding because I invited over 800 people and all my invitations are out already!! WHAT DO I DO? Shouldn t they have called me 2 months ago when I signed the contract? There s no telling. People sneak all kinds of tricky stuff in on contracts and some just break them knowing there isn t much you can do about it. They know it s too late to cancel and move the wedding so I expect this is just a way to extort some more money out of you at the last minute. You should always have your contracts reviewed by an attorney before signing. You may want to consider taking your contract to an attorney to review and have him/her write them a letter or make a phone call for you if the hotel is wrong. I doubt you ll be able to get in with this short of a notice though. At this point what I d do is find out any hotel or hospitality organizations that they belong to and their contact info, also get contact info for you local BBB, state attorney general or consumer protection agency, if they are subject to federal regulation the FTC and any other agency with regulatory authority over them, and the home office if they are a chain. I d go in and tell the manager that if they don t honor the contract I will call and file a complaint with everyone on the list and will go on every hotel rating or review website I can find and also contact the local newspaper and tv stations. If he still doesn t honor the contract start making those calls right there in front of him and start with the media.Due to the timing it won t be much help in this situation, but you might want to consider a Pre-Paid Legal plan so you can have access to an attorney for advice, contract review, letter writing, and other services to deal with issues that will come up in the future without having to pay that big attorney bill. Do you have babysitting experience? Has it been good and perceived so by your customers? If so, contact them and see if you can get referrals from them. Word of mouth from satisfied customers is the best source of business for babysitters. A flyer or newspaper ad does not convey the confidence you need to inspire very well. you could get some of the artsy kids to create a silk screening process to produce tshirts or something with your school s name, anthem, mascot etc.you could have some sort of weekly/monthly raffleas far as beverages do something creative - hot apple cider w/ mulling spices (my personal favorite), cool kinds of coffee, hot chocolate w/ peppermint stick, assortments of tea (sorry hot beverages - im thinking winter haha -Im in maine)you could make/bake something that part of the profits go to some charity/ fundraiseryou could sell gumby the way, whatt the helll are pickle- sickles? if you dont know what whoopie pies are, sell those - easy to bake and are ridiculously delicious. hmmm you could hold some kind of service this sounds weird, but maybe you could have a small cabinet/ area for one mans trash is another mans treasure, people could donate things they dont need - that they would end up selling on ebay but are too lazy too and then you could put an affordable pricehope that helpss

In order to get the ein I would assume you have a social security card , if you do that s all you need, if you don t have a social security card you can use many identification cards. I cannot answer what kind of id s they accept ,but I now that in many banks ,and credit unions they accept many id s or you can open one with your ein ,but that one is going to be in the name of the company not in your name.Go to the bank ,and tell them your situation I m sure there is a solution ,but go to many banks because they work different ,and I personally I would suggest a credit union they are better ,and they have lower interest ,and higher yields.

I think you should give the option from a marketing standpoint. PayPal offers you the chance to offer shipping worldwide, and significantly increase the pool of clients available to you, so if you do add PayPal, it would be a good idea to offer shipping. Most importantly it offers the chance for the client to buy using a Credit Card. How do you fund your Debit Card? The account from which you fund it will be your savings (usually) account. Just in case you should probably check with your bank. For a business account you need to verify your PayPal account, which is really straight forward. They send you two transactions of under 5 or 10 cents (if memory serves me correctly) and you need to enter the reference number on your statement. Anyway, by the sounds of things you already know this step :)The flip-side to PayPal is that you get charged a fee. Have a look at the comparison between business and personal accounts, and compare the fees based on what volume you will be selling at. Just a suggestion, one way to counter this is to price in shipping and fees for PayPal, and then offer a discount for pickup equivalent to the fees.
