I think it is a terrible business to become involved in and is run by a corrupt group of people.To answer your question would depend on what you mean by success. If you are referring to USANA as a money making oportunity there are a number who have had success with USANA but it comes at the cost of others failing. USANA isn t a retail business, it s a recruitment business. Money is made by signing up new members like you would see in a pyramid scheme. Only a tiny minority on top of the pyramid actually sees a profit.Every person involved who wants to see a return for signing up people has to meet a sales quota every four weeks in order to remain eligible to receive a return. However, if the quota is not reached, the distributor will lose all the points that have accumulated but not yet been paid on. That s a very small budget with no margin for error. Make sure that you do something which involves a product or service about which you are very knowledgeable.If you have access to business foreclosure auctions, you might very well be able to buy some items at fire sale prices which you could sell online via auction or classified sites. I think you hate school because you have no interest in what your learning. Although you can succeed in life without a college education, you should give yourself the chance to take advantage of this opportunity. Friday and Saturday nights are the bigger-money nights.But to give you an idea: I have a co-worker (female) and her daughter works at one of the nicer gentlemen s clubs in San Antonio earning money to put herself through college. Apparently her daughter can make around $300.00 if she s having a good night, and add another $150.00 to $200.00 if it s a good Friday or Saturday night.The downside is dealing with the clientele. Many of the guys believe that a girl who is willing to take it all off in a strip joint is willing to do other things for money. They also have to deal with customers who have Roman hands and Russian fingers, and they do get the occasional obsessive stalker-types. Makes you wonder if it s really worth it...

I know of a lot of people that sell hair bows on etsy and ebay. Hair bows are popular for babies and cheap and easy to make so you won t need a lot of training and the start up cost will be fairly low. They are also trendy with girls and women right now (ages 0-25) so right now is a prime time to sell them. All you really need are hair clips (which you can buy in bulk), hot glue and ribbon. You can make hair bows for dogs, too, but those are usually attached to a rubber band instead of a clip. Some people attach the baby bows to stretchy head bands so even babies can wear them. There are many different designs you can make and one spool of ribbon will make many bows. I think you will need a large capital outlay for this business. you will need to pass your PCV this is like an extensive driving test and quite difficult. then you will have to purchase a vehicle or hire one then you will be paying for expenses before you even get a single customer. Add in advertising and finance charges i think you could burn 20,000 before you are taking anything and even then the payback for your investment is spread over five years at least. I think you would be better working for someone for a few years in the industry first, get some inside knowledge and youre license and then ask the banks to support you in your venture.sorry to sound so negative but i wouldnt look at a business like this as your first venture. take the skills that you have alredy and work with them.

i assume you re in the US. so my answered are based upon that.you need the following things to legally do business in the US.1. a DBA.. that is easily obtained by your local county clerk s office.. don t pay someone online to do it. you can get it yourself a lot cheaper. 2. a P.O. Box or some sort of business address for crap to be sent to besides your home address.3. a Bank account in the business s name.. i suggest getting the PO box first... in YOUR name... then go to the county clerk and get a DBA (that way you can put that address on it).. then go BACK to the post office, and put the business name ON the post office box AFTER you ve gotten the paperwork for your DBA... that way you can get mail for john s web design as well.. then you take the DBA to the bank and open a business account. find a FREE account. any bank account that charges you is bad... there are hundreds of free ones. all major banks have them. once you get that, you set up a business paypal account with the business info on it. You can probably convert your existing one since you ve established that you are real with the existing one by verifying info etc.. stuff that takes time. once those things are done, you re all set... here s another word of advice. your business name and web URL may not match... so be careful. lots of counties have a website that you can look for existing DBA names. in fact when you go to get one, they MAKE you search for the name you want to see if it s taken. if it is you can t use it. if you can find that ahead of time and buy a domain name based upon that, then you re ok. 7 years is how long you are required to hold bank information for business accounts. If there is any reason that you were ever audited that would be able to request up to 7 years of bank records. It is actually quite important to keep a hold of these. Especially when you are moving money from your business to your personal account.If you don t want to hold on to the actual receipt, I suggest scanning them into a pdf file and just storing that information in a safe folder on your computer. That way you don t have tons a little bank receipts floating around.

My wife would say 7 years to address the statute of limitations BUT, I cannot think of any reason to keep it beyond the point where it shows up on the statement. At that point, the bank has acknowledged the deposit and you are covered.

Hi, if you take payment from your customer before you give them their items then you will never get left paying anybody back. You should NEVER leave product with a customer unless you get payment from them first. AVON is what you put into it. The start up fee is only 10 dollars and their product is great quality. You get paid by collecting money from your customers. The amount you make depends on your sales although you do get 40% in your first 4 campaigns so for instance if you sell $200 worth a products and collect $200. You would pay AVON 120 and keep $80 for yourself. You have to buy your own brochures to give out but they are really cheap and they are your store. I really think it would be worth a shot. Why do employers always get penalised in every way? -

I have an employee at the moment who has been very rude in how she addresses me on two occassions.
