You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Have you taken the time to ask her if she needs training on the equipment or help performing her duties? Find out where she is making mistakes and show her how to avoid the problems. I know this will cut into the time you have to perform your duties, but it will speed up the overall speed in the department. This type of solution may even improve your chances for promotion.If she is unwilling to learn how to do the job, she should be removed from the situation. If you are in an At Will state, the boss can fire her without grounds. This might sound harsh, but in the long run, it could be best for all parties involved.

We would do all the legwork and research. Would you pay for this? Do you think this is a good idea? How would we market this?

You will have to be very focused on your target market. Consider elderly people who are not that comfortable doing this sort of thing themselves using internet resources. Or busy professionals who are willing to pay for time-saving services.
