i live in an apartment over a restaurant and have lived here for 4 years. in the 4 years there has been 4 different restaurant. my problem is the new place is a restaurant / bar the noise is almost restaurant they don t close till 2am and the noise curfew is 10pm weekdays 11 pm weekends.
