Ups tracking and shipment? -

my order went from california to philedelphia pa today and arrived at 1 o clock and it is ten as iwrite this and the shipment hasnt departed. now its scheduled delivery date is the third. what are the chances it will get here early. if it went all that way in a day i would think it could get to where i am cape cod ma by tommorrow seeing its a five hour drive. also does it usually take this long to depart. couldthey be waiting so it wont get here until the third

That s great it went coast to coast in a single day. My experience with UPS is most likely the next reading will show your package departing in the morning out of Philadelphia headed to the next major UPS Hub or terminal. FYI my experience on many shipments (and I consider UPS Tracking much better than FedEx, DHL and USPS) has been your package would have to arrive at the normal local UPS destination in the morning (meaning overnight) if it would be scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Also sometimes esp on expensive item, I have called UPS and successfully made arrangements to pickup right at the local terminal customer service but I believe their policy is UPS first has to make a delivery attempt...so what happens is I have to get an idea is returning and then get there before they close...Hope I am wrong and you get UPS delivery by tomorrow afternoon!
