How can I make my own chat web site for free and earn money from it? -

How can I make my own chat web site for free and earn money from it. How do I add those adverts and what not. Where can I find a web site builder for dummies. If anyone can help please do thanks in advance.

there might be free applets out there for chat rooms - but they will be pretty limited - you still need to know some basic html and web design - chat rooms aren t used as much as they were 10 yrs ago - finding advertisers will probably be almost impossible until you get 1000 s of weekly users and then you might get enough to pay your hosting fees - maybe

I say build the website yourself, anyone 12(and often do) and over can do it.im currently learning through w3 schools. The chat is a bit more difficult, it requires using other languages. There are tutorials on youtube that teach you to do it with php and such.the adverts you will understand when you build your site.

I have found that this website that offers many work at home jobs. You might want to get those that are most suitable to you. Here is the site, enjoy!

Would you buy from my make-up boutique? -

I am in the process of opening a store selling some brand name cosmetics and some unknown budget brands (w7, la femme, technic and a few others) in oxfordshire. I am looking for some feed back on whether women would buy the unknown brands.I am planning to do makeover days in store where i would have a person to apply customers make using the budget brands then they have the choice to bye what was used.Still have ideas and things to work out but any suggestions and feed back would be great.I also have a face-book page in the early stages, need to get better photos and more stock.http://www.facebook.com/index.php?deact=1240033604:e4ab927fa77f32c8c52ea92f30cf5149#/pages/The-Make-up-Bag/197072595855?ref=ts

I don t have a problem with unknown brands. What s more important to me is the ingredients in make up. I m allergic to anything that contains lanolin and it s in a lot of make up.

i guess i would i look dead dis morning ...

Whats the best software for opening a bookkeeping business? -

I am in the process of starting a bookkeeping business and am having trouble deciding what I want to do about software. The companies that I ll be doing the bookkeeping for will be rather small, and won t have much need for anything more than a basic bookkeeping software with maybe the capability to do payroll. Some of these small businesses will have attempted to do the bookkeeping on their own but have for some reason decided to outsource. Since they may have tried to do the bookkeeping, they may have purchased software to use such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, Quicken, etc. There s no way for me to predict what software they will have and I m trying not to buy each version just so that I can transfer files. I would much rather use Quickbooks for all of my clients. Now, I don t need Quickbooks Accountant software because my clients will not also be using the software, only I will. If I buy one of the basic versions of Quickbooks like I mentioned before, can I just have it set up to where I ll have numerous company files. I d create a new company each time I take on a new client and input the bookkeeping information they may have from before manually. I know you can create more than one company file in Quickbooks, but I don t know if there s a limit on how many you can create. So can I actually have those numerous company files, plus my own for keeping the books of my business, in that one program? If so, does anyone know how many companies you can create a file for in Quickbooks (or Peachtree, Quicken, etc.) without having to purchase a license for multiple users. And if not, does anyone have suggestions on what I can do.I have a degree in Accounting and about 6 years of experience doing bookkeeping (4 years in Quickbooks) so I do know what I m doing but with each previous employer, they only had their one company file created and I never looked to see how many companies you could actually create. Thanks for taking the time to read my question; any and all suggestions will be very much appreciated.-Taylor

I am not a bookkeeper. However, I am familiar with free open source software. The Accounting and Bookkeeping Tutorials site by David W. Marshall has this in the review of osFinancials:http://www.dwmbeancounter.com/software.h Accountants and bookkeepers will also profit from this release, they are able to store and maintain unlimited client administrations, can easily exchange data with their clients or directly login into the clients dataset. You can see a list of companies using osFinancials here:http://www.osfinancials.org/mediawiki/inInstallation and User Guides (in Dutch and English) are available here:http://www.osfinancials.org/mediawiki/inThe discussion forum (in Dutch and English) is here:http://www.osfinancials.org/index.php?op

How many shoe styles should I start off with? -

How many different shoe styles should I start off with?I am opening a shoe boutique, min 1000 square feet. And I have no idea how much inventory I should start off with, for my shoes; or how many different styles I should purchase for the Grand Opening. I hear plenty of people say its better to start off with a small amount and try and sell them instead of a large amount... But what is a small amount or large amount for a shoe boutique?

After listening to the professor above (good advice), i WOULD also see what they don t have. I know in the place I used to live we didn t have the population to be the Urban Area for the Foot Locker to sell us Nike Dunks, but we loved Nikes. Then a store opened that sold The colorful Dunk Hi s and Lows and THEY SELL ALL OF THEM, and it s very good business. It s a small boutique so start with a selection and see what sells, be cautious at first with a couple bold shoes.More than a handful, less than a busloadAlso, who are you selling to? This can be important to determine your target audience to go study what they like.

visit at least 10 shoe stores in a 50 mi radius [as a studentof fashion merchandising?] and find out how they are doing.and why they chose what they chose.

How do you go about a Federal Business Grant? -

I own a very successful tattoo shop and would like to expand my business, and I was aware of a business grant how would i go about it?

It is hard to find grants to start a business -- especially for a tatoo shop. Unlike the myths that some perpetuate, federal government and even private foundations hardly give grant money for starting a for-profit business. One possible exception is for companies developing or exporting agricultural goods, including food and forest product. Another exception could be the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs http://www.sba.gov/aboutsba/sbaprograms/ , which fund the research and development of technological innovation that meets specific government needs.Even SBA does NOT give out grants. From the SBA website http://www.sba.gov/mostrequesteditems/CO The U.S. Small Business Administration does not offer grants to start or expand small businesses, although it does offer a wide variety of loan programs. (See http://www.sba.gov/financing for more information) While SBA does offer some grant programs, these are generally designed to expand and enhance organizations that provide small business management, technical, or financial assistance. These grants generally support non-profit organizations, intermediary lending institutions, and state and local governments. Nonetheless, you can go to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov and Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov - these are two sites created by the federal government to provide transparency and information on grants. Browse through the listings and see if you can find any grant that would support a for-profit venture. Most of the federal grants are given to specific target groups with specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved in transportation related contracts emanating from DOT - Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program Grants are also often given to non profit groups or organizations involved in training or other similar activities (grant 59.043 Women s Business Ownership Assistance that are given to those who will create women s business center that will train women entrepreneurs

Check out this website: http://www.grant4free.comIt is an excellent website, giving you a lot of grant information for free. Just click the categories on the sidebar to quickly find what you are looking for. Good luck!!

They don t exist. You can get loans from the SBA.
