Right now prepaid legal (reputable) are doing well as are home-crafts, home health care, adult daycare, and general service such as handyman business. These are the only ones I have recently researched so I am unable to speak to any other areas ...Hope this shed some light ...

19 years old and my own bussiness? -

Hiii :)I would like to know your opinions please 3 ...So Im in college right now, one more semester and im done with my Associates Degree in Journalism/Public Relations, it seems like theres no job in the PR area ( where I live ) , right now i cant move to another city or town, but later I know i could... I would like to start my own little bussiness about what I love : photography. I want to do some photography ( like for schools, portraits, birthdays, parties, etc... ) but i dont know how to start, i also was thinking about take another 2 years at college majoring photography to get some more knowledge, buut i also want to finish my bachelor, soo is like i want to have my own bussiness in photography and creating videos for birthdays, weddings, activities, while i finish my bachelor in marketing/advertising... I know I can do it, but is like I dont have the money or resources to start =\ ... I wanted to make bussiness cards and delivery to restaurants, small bussiness, offices, newspapers, schools, church, etc then people would recognize my services.... I dont know if you get my point :P ... please give ur opinions,and if there is someone who did this before or is doing it, it will be more helpful for me... thanks!! :)

Good luck to you! I think this is a great idea! I have not done photography but I started my own business teaching music when I couldn t find any other jobs. Your idea about business cards and so forth is great. Definitely do that. I would make up some flyers and post them anywhere you can like coffee shops, schools, anyplace with kids, bridal shops, etc. Depending on where you post your flyer, you can focus on a specific service such as birthdays. You might consider offering a discount or at least advertise great rates for a starting photographer. Maye say something like, YOU WORKED HARD TO GIVE HIM/HER THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER. NOW MAKE IT MEMORABLE! Photographer available for professional shots of your child s special moment. Fantastic rates!..etc. What about talking to your local recreation center - parks and recreation - to see if they would like to offer holiday pictures. You could set up a camera on a Saturday with a background of some sort and take pictures for five or ten dollars. This could help you promote your photograpy business and it may bring lots of people to meet you. Even better, if you could find a good Santa Claus to put in your pictures, you would attract a lot of people. Hope this helps. I m starting to fall asleep!! Good luck!

Point of sales connected to online inventory/online-shop in real time? -

Do you know if there is any point of sales system that can connect to an online inventory? I have a small online shop with the same products I have in my store so I need to be able to automatically update my online-shop, right when I sell an item in my physical store, and viceversa. That way, my partner could check the inventory in a remote location and update our business inventory requests from a distant location. Does anybody have a clue about this kind of system? I have been looking for quite a while but haven��t been lucky. Maybe I do not know the best terminology for my problem. Thank you!

I ve been using MerchantOS for a while now and they re about to integrate with SmartEtailing and Shopify. I m not sure if that s what you d be looking for but MerchantOS is writing the code that integrates with the Ecommerce solutions. My idea is to walk around in New York in morning rush hour selling doughnuts. We would walk around from car to car in trafic jams selling doughnuts.

You can t do that legally without a peddler s license from the state. Also, when you re selling food, there s all kinds of Board of Health regulations you have to comply with. I m not saying it s a bad idea -- actually, I think it s a darn good one -- I m just saying that you probably won t be able to do it legally, which will mean you ll have to duck and run every time you see a cop coming.

well not really but if you had official uniforms and sponsors mabe but a person in rush hour dosent want another person holding them up!
