Is It illegal to make something and sale it online? -

I m wondering if its illegal to make something and try to sale it online like ebay or something. I want to use the money I make and donate it to the charity of my choice. could this be illegal?

It s not illegal to sell things on line. If it s a craft or something like that, try Etsy.com. That s the best place to sell homemade items.Oh, and by the way, sale is a noun. Sell is a verb.

Someone not paying me on eBay, What do i do? -

I know I broke the number one eBay rule... Yes.. I sent it. I m sorry :( I just though people would pay, 99% of all my customer pay, so I just send it when I get the You ve sold.. email..

I would personally send an invoice asking them to arrange for payment to be made by the end of the week - that gives them plenty of time to pay up and if they don t you should open a case.However, you are well within your rights to use the resolution center after 4 days and they can have no complaints so do it this way if you don t want to wait until the end of the week.People don t pay for all sorts of reason - I had a buyer recently who delayed payment for 2 weeks because he was in hospital! Now of course there s no way of knowing if he s lying but it could potentially be true. Most are just forgetful or just change their minds and don t want the item. It is a massive pain though, they should pay straight away.Good luck.

Did you send the item? Rule number one for Ebay is if you don t get the money, don t send the item. I never use anything but paypal since it avoids all these headaches and never buy from anyone without a 95% positive rating.

I want to start selling basically clothing online, and I was wondering about the legal side? I ve been looking up so many things, about permits, and the different types and frankly it s confused me because different sites say different things. Does anyone know about this? You won t need a permit because there is no regulation in the clothing industry. Permits typically only apply if you are selling guns, alcohol, investment services, farming, bank products, etc. Clothing is pretty harmless though so you are good.You will need to file taxes though. Also since you are selling merchandise you will have to pay state sales tax. For information on this look up your state and local sales tax rates.Essentially all you need to do is start selling your product. There is no permit as such required when you are working on a small scale.Also let me tell you frankly selling clothes online is a very difficult task.

Is it their ideas?Or is it actually acting on those ideas and actually making it work?I m 17 and I always have ideas of businesses that I know could work and I can spot niches in certain markets. But I never act them out, or actually try and start up the business. Is this because of age, experience or will I just be like this my whole life?
