You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Would you give the products to your customer on Ebay if he or she buys it first before you gets the money? -

Even with a PayPal s 21 days of holding money from being transferred into your bank account, telling you have to ship the product to the customer first, would you do it anyway before you get the money?

I have a few hundred transactions on eBay as a buyer and as a seller. I have not had a single problem with not getting paid, or not getting what I paid for.PayPal never held my money, but I wouldn t worry if they did. It s been about two years since I sold anything, so maybe that s a new thing.

I always pay immediately with Paypal on ebay, and the sellers would not ship unless I paid. I am not sure what that 21 day hold period is all about. I thought the seller was paid instantly by Paypal? As a general rule, I would think you should get paid first before shipping an item. The buyer needs to have trust that you will send it.Maybe contact ebay or review the policy again. Good luck.

I m 23 years old, and a new mom. I just started selling Avon 2 campaigns ago (a campaign lasts 2 weeks).I can tell you that it is a lot of work but you can make some money. You can t be shy about approaching people and asking them to buy. You have to put a lot of effort in getting your catalogs out there and making new customers. First, you don t need any prior experience or training to become an Avon rep. The way that it works is that you place the orders as your customers give them to you and you only keep the products in your house until your ready to deliver them to your customers. There are a wide variety of products but like I said you only need to order them as your customers order them. How would somebody approach a huge retail store about selling their product? -

This question is on behalf of a friend. She designs and makes a variety of girl s accessories, sunglasses, earings etc... At the moment she sells to a number of small boutiques and independent outlets but is considering approaching larger retailers. What would be the usual route for someone in her position? And no she does not want to go on Dragon s Den.

She needs to make an appointment to see their buyer, or the buyer(s) for the relevant departments, eg the girl s accessories buyer.This is going to be tough. Buyer s are innundated with such requests so you are going to have to persevere.When you have an appointment you need to be credible. All the things the Dragons look for on TV will be relevant. You need to have samples of the goods, with appropriate certification. You need to know what the price will be and what discounts you will offer for bulk purchases. You need to be sure that you have the manufacturing in place if an order is placed for a large quantity. You will need to be prepared for large retailers to expect to pay up to 90 days after delivery (so you need a good bank loan to cover cash flow). You need to be able to deliver where and when they want, possibly in packaging that meets their requirements. You also need to be aware that most of these decisions are made months if not years in advance. Buyers are likely to be looking at next summer at the earliest.Finally, and probably most importantly, make sure you get a proper contract / written order before you commit any unnecessary expenditure. Large retailers (and small for that matter) do not make gentlemen s agreements. If there s no name on the dotted line they will have no problems in leaving you in the lurch.

She pushed that she did sent the item and that it should arrive shortly. Luckily, the item did arrive.However, I took at look at the track number, and it turns out that the item was sent the DAY AFTER she received my check.This was the beginning of my unease.Another point:In her description of the bag, she stated that the bag was in very good condition, (which was the reason for the high price). However, I inspected the bag and found a lose nail here, and a torn string there, and so decided to return the bag.I told her that she did not mention these things in her description and thus the sell a little deceitful.She agreed to accept the return under a condition.She asked if she could send the check in ONE MONTH, because she did not have any money at the moment.I told her that this was unacceptable. I was feeling quite a bit uneasy about this transaction due to the previous episode.I tried to reach a compromise, telling her that if she could send a check right now, that I would not cash it at the bank until a month later, or until she gives the OK. However, she said she could not do this, and ignored all my messages afterward.Not knowing what to do, I went through her old messages and found the contact information for her friend (lets call him Joe). I contacted Joe and he said that he would tell her to return my messages and phone calls.But nothing happened for the next several days.So I called Joe again; he said he did not know what was going on, and that he would tell her to stop ignoring my messages.But nothing happened again for the next several days.By now I am very nervous, and I told Joe that if she continues to evade me, I will put her name on the black list on that site.Hearing this, the woman finally contacts me saying that I can put her name on the black list or whatever I want and that she was so offended that I would do this, that she cannot accept the return!What should I do!?Is there anything I can do about this? Is there a legal way of dealing with this situation?I am desperately in need of help.

I used to be an active seller buyer on eBay, but stopped a few years ago.Simply could not deal with the many scams and problem people on the site - it is no longer fun to use eBay.Right now I need to buy a certain item, and the only place I could find it is eBay - but rather than use the service, I ll continue to look on my own. Britty,Its perfectly o.k. to copy the layout and general design of another website. A lot of people do this and it makes sense.You should get your own website though, not a free site. A free site is very limited and wont get you traffic. You also cant really make any money with a free site. So, why waste your efforts ?Start by getting a good web host. You can get a deal for around $40 or less.Then create the website. I always suggest Wordpress because the websites look great, you dont need to know html, and Wordpress sites are automatically seo optimized. Seriously, anyone can make a great site with Wordpress. I wish you had left the site you like so i could suggest a theme.Anyway, on the website you like, notice how many columns there are, then look for a similar layout in Wordpress. There are thousands of free themes available. Wordpress comes with your host, so your only spending about forty dollars total.Good luck

as long as you didn t copy any logo s, pictures etc....it should be legal....layout of website should be universal and sometimes from one website to another website should possible to have the same layout. Even if you re using the free service website, they should give some standard layout to be use by the user....so, it should be legal i guess
