I have ordered 4 products from amazon and they are saying 1 is completed and 3 in open order what des it mean? -

Hi friends,yesterday I ordered a canon camera, camera case, memory card and warranty for camera. Now it is showing status as waranty card in Completed order under heading of Items , camera and memory card in open orders but as Items not yet shipped and camera case in open orders but under heading of only Items . It has withdrawn money for only case and warrany from account. so I am confused about status of my purchased things.whether they will be sending it to me otherwise there is no use of warranty which will reach me within 4 days without camera. What do they want to tell me actually? Thanks all.

Open order means that the item(s) have not yet shipped or are in the shipping process, also during the open order phase you can add an item, or cancel the order Completed means the order has shipped.just keep checking order status, sometimes it takes a bit to update the full order. hope this helps!
