I have a 6 week old daughter .. And I prefer not puting her in daycare because i want to spend time with her .. You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Why are some grocery stores open 24/7? -

For the convenience of the customers. Some people are night owls or are up extremely early for work and sometimes regular store hours just don t cut it. For most of the larger stores, it s actually not a very significant increase in staff needed. A lot of the stores already had stock boys working the floors stocking the shelves late a night (too busy to do so during the day), and the bakery folks are in around 4 or 5am to start the day s baking anyway. In most cases they just need to bring in a cashier or two and they ve already got the rest of the support staff working.

No way is that a fair offer. He came to that number because $50K is 20% of the $300K total invested for the expansion. What isn t being considered is the time and energy spent to get the restaurant going to the point of needing to expand. I would say something more like 20% until 50K is paid and then continue paying 20% for 3 or 5 years. But all future profit forever is to much. And he isn t a partner he is an investor . The difference is your uncle still makes all the decisions. Bringing a partner on means someone trying to help make decisions and that really complicates things.
