Which career have brighter future and make more money in the long run?Working in real estate agent as sales and later on opening your own real estate business OR starting a convenience store (selling newspaper, cigarette, key cut, watch repair, food, drinks, magazine etc)?

Depending on the market you are thin king of, your specific location and the maturity and sophistication of your environment, both are good prospects. Though, the real estate piece would propel you faster towards wealth creation. At the moment, the real estate market is soft ... and should be in the foreseable future (5 to 10 years). So how about starting off by being a sales agent, build up your savings and then open the conveniece store while still working. Review your progress there and then maybe as the real estate market picks up you can decide to open your own office. Where is your passion at?

I have a High school economics report on make believe your opening a business. I have a choice of either a Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, or a Partnership, I m not sure which category to do, and than what type of a business (most likely in the NYC area).

Your best to start off with a partnership with a company. Reasons are that the company have credibility and longevity. Once you build a business with that partnership you can continue with the partnership or branch off and create your own corporation or proprietor.

A recruitor called me from National Agents Alliance and everything sounds great. Has anyone heard of these guys? There seems to be a lot of crap out there but at the same time there are guys making 6 figures in their first year? Does anyone know where I can find out the truth about national agents alliance without being scammed by some naa recruiter?

Unless you have much business experience, or you have MBA or PhD or your father owns a business - you will not make 6 figures in first year.It is a very big scam. Do not be a victim of this bad scam outfit.

it looks like they are in the life insurance business and the sell leads. Im not sure if you think the insurance industry is a scam or buying leads is the scam but i m not sure of either because I m not an insurance person, just a guy who knows a lot about business. Hey buddy, Your first question: Has anybody heard of national agents alliance?NAA is the originators of the expression mortgage protection. They re really just selling life insurance but market it under a different name by sending mailers in the mail to people that just bought a home or refinanced. You dont need national agents alliance to sell some life insurance. Just mail the letters yourself to new home owners. Your second question: not sure about the income claims... I dont know any of the guys personally its certainly possible with life insurance. They ve got a C- rating.It is possible to earn 6 figures selling insurance you d have to be a real hussler and a great salesperson to do it.It looks to me like they make a lot of their money selling leads to agents. What are some good home business that dont require alot of money to start up?? would you buy it? if i start my own opensource computer repair/maintanance business do you think it will succeed? if i build computers install linux on them like ubuntu/linuxmint would anyone be interested in buying an ubuntu machine? i sent an email to canonica and they said they approve of it and they will help me with tech support as well.
