In order to take something back to Walmart and get your money back do you NEED the recipet? -
I m pretty sure that you need to prove that you bought it...so that would kind of require a receipt. I m not sure though, I usually don t bother returning stuff so I d ask if you need it, you might not. They might just be happy to take it for store credit, maybe.
In my experience with Walmart, you would need a receipt to get your money back along with your driver s license. If you don t have a receipt they will give you store credit but you also need your driver s license. They won t even talk to you with out that driver s license. They made me go out to the car to get it.
Each store has their own policy on returns and they re usually posted in customer service areas. When I worked at a certain store, we could only do cash refunds if you provided the receipt, otherwise we would give you that cash amount back on a gift card so you could only use that money in our store.

How much should i expect to make as a subway franchisee? -
There are many factors involved when opening a business big or small. I would start by putting together a good business plan (www.sba.com) Where is the location? Are you looking to take over an existing location? These are one of a hundred questions that could paint a brighter picture. I can do a search of average subway franchisee profit and it could say $50,000. If your location is a where there are no deli s, major traffic, business booming, you could possibly make 100,000, or...you could open up next to a Papa John s, Quiznos, Blimpie, Mom and Pops Sub Shop which has been there for 50 years and you can possible struggle.Your question is a tough one. I suggest putting together a survey and going out to the street and finding out the community s temperature on opening a new franchise. I was going to open a small take out deli a few years ago. I was outbidded and never opened it, I did my research and the it did great business in the past. I ended up starting a home business in network marketing, invested $8000 instead of over 100,000 and it was the best decision of my life. It could be hit or miss, do your homework. I am a personal business coach, let me know if you need any advice down the road. Tommy

Can I sue company for holding my domain name and website design? -
Well how much are they overcharging? ....Most of these companies are very competative so I can t see the difference in price between them and other companies being very much...and in that case if your talking $20 or $30 WHO CARES! If you sue them..the cost of that event will be monumentally greater than the difference of your other hosting service....times ten. So..thats really not a logical option.Get your site up and focus on making more money with actual sales, not by penny pinching expenses. For now I would pay the bill for the next year....and during that time, have your domain ownership registration transferred to you personally. Obtain the website on CD in HTML format and the raw design format (The actual files from whatever design software was used to create the pages) Until you do those things, they have you by the *allsGood Luck
They are costing you loss of money? Evidently, you are costing them loss of money. Pay your bill and talk to them about a plan to pay off what you owe them.I would ask for a copy on a CD or DVD of your web content (a backup) and make sure you are the registered owner of the domain (administrative contact).
o yes you can, that s not right if you paid then they have to hand it over i got something that can help you get pass this. shoot me an email djonesdak@gmail.com. i m certain i can help you with your legal fight for cheap.

What are some sites where i can apply for legitimate at home jobs in telemarketing, transcription, etc.? -
You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.
You are asking specifically for websites that have home jobs? The website below has a home based career center where there are lots of jobs -- some are in-house, some are remote. Since you are already a transcriptionist, you will especially find it helpful, because there are TONS of remote transcription jobs.
I use many different method to work at home , but nothing worked untill I got this amazing method. It works just amazing and I create fast money after I got correct method. If you are serious and really want to make money online you should check this out. You can find info at link below.
none; not via the internet;if you are good at these things, check with your state employment services office.i presume you type 55 + wpm and have excellent spelling abilities.
If I want to run multiple businesses using them as dbas under the parent company, what do I need to do? -
The best thing to do would be to file the parent company first. You probably want to set this up as an LLC, or a Limited Liability Company so that your personal assets aren t tied to the company.Once you have your main LLC, you can literally set up as many DBAs as you want for the individual company branches. Keep in mind that everything will still be one company with this model. If you file an LLC for Tom s Baking Supplies and then a DBA for Tom s Crusts, another DBA for Tom s Fillings and one for Tom s Toppings, they are all still one company. And under that model, if Tom s Toppings started losing money, that money would come from Tom s Baking Supplies, LLC.But the nice thing about DBAs is that if you have good business models and cash flow, you can certainly brand individual services or products under individual company names. I have a client that I work with who does construction. He has one LLC, but separate DBAs for his framing business, his roofing business and his home remodeling business. This works great for him because he can focus marketing materials on each business segment with a company name, logo, website etc. that is specific to each of those different lines of work. There are several online resources for filing incorporations and DBAs. You will need to file the Incorporation first, before the DBAs. Depending on your state, that can take a few days or a few weeks. www.clickandinc.com and www.dba-filings.com can walk you through the process and charge very reasonable rates. They also have good customer service and live support during the day to answer any questions. You can also file DBAs without having a corporation behind them, but then they are tied to you as an individual and sole proprietor. Under this model, your personal financial assets WOULD be directly tied to your company, and all income would have to be taxed as self-employment income. This works great for people that have a consulting business and don t want to put their social security number on tax forms (a personal DBA allows you to use a Federal Tax ID Number). It s not as safe a bet for people that run businesses with employees.
I aggree with the gentleman above. Very detailed answer.
