Which career have brighter future and make more money in the long run?Working in real estate agent as sales and later on opening your own real estate business OR starting a convenience store (selling newspaper, cigarette, key cut, watch repair, food, drinks, magazine etc)?

Depending on the market you are thin king of, your specific location and the maturity and sophistication of your environment, both are good prospects. Though, the real estate piece would propel you faster towards wealth creation. At the moment, the real estate market is soft ... and should be in the foreseable future (5 to 10 years). So how about starting off by being a sales agent, build up your savings and then open the conveniece store while still working. Review your progress there and then maybe as the real estate market picks up you can decide to open your own office. Where is your passion at?

Online jobs??? working from home? -

so im really curious to know if there really are any real online jobs that you can work at home. i see all these scams that try to make you buy kits and say that you can make lots of money.!!! and they all sound really great but they all seem to have a catch.Dont get me wrong im not trying to find a get rich quick deal. i just want to use it as an extra job. so i can make some extra money even if its not that much. all the ones i find on the internet always want you to send them money which i dont understand. when you start a new job they dont make you pay them for training. they pay you because they make money because of you so i dont see why i should have to pay to start. what i guess im really asking is if there really are jobs! real jobs that you can work online at home and make decent money. if there are what are they?? how can i get started and do you know someone who does it or do you do it? and how much do you make.I really dont want to get riped off. i know that alot of these things are scams and i really dont want to fall prey.thanks for the help!

We can t answer this, we have no idea what yo our skills and education are.If you want a real job apply at real companies that have real openings for your profession. Explain in your cover letter that you want to work at your home office.

There really are jobs but I would be careful there are many scams out there, I would encourage you not to go to any of the links that are being provided in the answers. You should talk to a real person over the phone and not some one from Nigeria or some other 3rd world country.

Money for business venture? -

I own my home but not much equity left in it after the deposit (damn recession) I need to raise a few thousand to start a business. I am considering a partner but I still need to put in a share. Any ideas where to go for money? Any alternative sources? all suggestions welcome. TIA

You could try taking your business plan to the bank and asking. But even so they would still want to see you putting in a contribution of you own money.If you borrow off market the interest charges will be horrendous.Have you any family that are prepared to take the risk with you. If you are really keen and positive it will be a success then you do have the option of selling it to raise whatever small amount is there. That will show real commitment and that bank may then help you.
