First class mail/Lost mail? Help? -

I sold a videogame on first class from CA to NJ. It s been 2.5 weeks and the buyer claimed it never came. I do not have any receipt or tracking number b/c I ve sold many games and this has never happened. What are my options? Or is it possible that it s still being delivered? I thought first class usually takes 2-3 days and no more than a week...

You are probably out of luck unless you sent it certified mail. There is no proof of delivery otherwise. It s your word against the buyers

k so i missed work due to suspected pink eye..which my employers witnessed the previous day, but i decided to go in with the bloodshot eye.the doctor established it was not pink eye, and that i WAS fit to work, despite calling in under the suspicion that i had pink eye...i did not get a note, assuming that the doctor would not write one as i technically was fit to work, and from experience, such notes are only written if i was physically unfit to be in a work environment.what if my employer asks for the note?
