I want to sell a kind of motor/gearbox assembly as part of a self-assembly kit. Only if you ve been working for the company for some time, and the company knows that you re a good worker, and will work off your debt to them.Sometimes companies will pay a signing bonus, but that s only if you re a lawyer or something like that.

i am not a company owner, but i could say yes it is possible.to be paid in advance means you have some arrangement or contracts to ascertain that agreed services shall be performed and completed. If you are a regular employee, maybe you can get an advance due to emergency or sort of loan application, but not advance pay wage. You can bargain the terms of services to be delivered (on contractual basis).

Post an ad on Craigslist. Let your potential clients know that you are consistent, reliable, thorough etc.Make sure you say whether you will bring your own cleaners and equipment. Look at other ads on Craigslist and find out what other people in your area are charging.

There are a lot of sites that can help you. I clean small offices and have a Squidoo lens and blog about starting cleaning businesses. They have tons of tips and resources on them-the links are in My Profile.Depending on what type of cleaning business you plan to do, you probably need to check with your local government office that does fictitious name files, etc, (here in the USA it s the city clerk s office) to see if you will need any kind of permit or license. If it s not required, get it later when you need to open a business bank account. You really should get some type of liability insurance, though. Call a lot of insurance agencies and get quotes for the smallest amount to start. The rate varies a lot so do call around. It will protect you from claims (usually false) of damages or theft.
