Can officers of my newly created s corp be opted out from payroll? -

my just created a new s corp and elected 2 officers. is it mandatory by law to run their payroll? can something be done about that? they are just helping voluntarily.

They don t necessarily have to be paid - it s not mandatory. But if they re doing something useful and devoting a significant amount of time to the company, you may want to consider doing something for them - maybe some kind of deferred payroll arrangement so they get paid in the future when the company has money. If they aren t compensated for their work, either now or in the future, this can lead to resentment and disagreements within the company - something that you certainly don t want to happen. - CPA

I will suggest you to undergo an interior decoration course or do an internet based research the industry, get a competitive knowledge. No one will believe you until and unless you can show a little of it, thus should have a business plan or just a presentable plan. You also need to know your probable competitors in your local market and consumer behavior. There are a lot of things to know...For more detail contact me at rintu_singharoy@yahoo.co.in or rintusingharoy@gmail.com

Any good mail solutions for a home business? -

I live in an apartment and run a high volume Ebay business. About 2-3 times a week I get large shipments of items from suppliers, and maybe 5-6 returned items on top of that. At first the apartment office did not seem to mind but I get the sense recently they are getting fed up with the large shipments and boxes they need to keep in the office until I pick them up. Are there any mail solutions for this kind of business? I know I can use UPS store but I think they will also ***** at me if I get a tiny mailbox that gets large box shipments almost daily. The business is growing and I need a scalable mailbox solution but there don t seem to be any.

Go and rent a house with a garage. Your problems will be solved.

a; i bet you are not accounting for your time investmentb; you are violating your apt lease--that is a factc; since you are a profitable enterprise, go rent a small retail store or office suite.you are almost violating the law; be carefulyou cannot live in a residential area and conduct businessactivities that clog up the street with delivery trucks coming to you.---if you wish further help,. let me know butget a commercial site!!!!!

How websites owner make money.? -

Can anyone tell me how website owners, any websites(say xyz.com) make money. Does he gets paid for every visitor that hits their website .If yes who pays them and why? Or it s just adds and services that make money for them.

website owners make money from more business get from online presence. The owner who creates a website just for making money will submit the website to google adsense. google will places ads on the submited site. when a user click on the link diplayed on the website and make active work, owner will get paid per click, I think now the policy is changed because of fraud.

If you realize, many websites have ads around their webpage. The ads are there to help pay for the website costs. These are usually pay-per-click ads, meaning the website owners get paid a certain amount per-click. Who pays them? Companies that want to make their name known, such as Google. Google has a pay-per-click program for website owners. Unless the website owner pays from his/her own pocket for their website service, they usually use these pay-per-click ads to help offset some of these costs.

Is there any real legit online jobs out there? -

Every on line job I ve looked at is some kinda scam but I m sure there must be a few legit ones out there. So if anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you are in the USA/Canada/AU/NZ this costs nothing and can help:http://www.job--listings.info/work-from- they ll help you up setting up something online. Here s a list of good paid surveys sites, many international ones all free to join:

I know exactly where you are coming from - I have also looked into some online ventures. What I have found is that they all require a fair amount of money upfront (which is a high risk to begin with) and they promise it only requires a very small amount of ongoing work (which seems too good to be true). Both of these things seem to suggest they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes for one reason or another.Rule of thumb: don t go spending any amount of money on a new unknown venture that you can t afford to lose. Also, there are some websites around that do offer advice on such things, and the main point I have found is that they advise not to trust a company that is not willing to supply a physical address and phone number.Sorry I have not been able to offer much advice on legitimate options out there - but I really would suggest you be weary.

There are plenty that advertise saying they are real jobs, But there is always a catch, mostly a monthly fee to payAlso there far too many scams, ready to snatch your money, so Beware !The nearest options to online jobs, is owning your own website, or setting up a Ebay sellers accountquite a lot of people have good success with that

Try this data entry job..NO INVESTMENT EVER. payments at 20th of every month by cheque, dd or paypal etc.The job is simple, just filling forms. For each referral you get Rs 5 to Rs.405. Registration is also free. Join now itself. I shall give my referral id. Click it and join. When you join you will get Rs.100 as bonus. http://www.earnparttimejobs.com/index.php?id=2423919

I too, am desperate to find a legit stay at home job. I have one 7mo. old and one on the way, there has to be something out there! But, I have been looking and and have applied to so many sites in the past year and a half.I have decided that I will just have to come up with my own ideas and resources. It s hard to come up with good ideas that work and have VERY little to no start up cost.Would you or any other mom consider brainstorming with me to come up with some ideas? I have decided that I don t want to do this all on my own and that there is a greater chance of succeeding with combined resources. It seems that there are so many moms out there who are in the same position as me. A stay at home mom who just wants to help the family income a little! If you would like to come up with ideas with me or if we think we can come up with any ideas that would also help others send me an email! My email is purplepolarping@mail.com

Nope not really online jobs will never come to you people want hard workers anyways. The thing is people who get hired online obviously do show much effort to get the job.So in reality no would ever hire online they are all just money scams mostly.Tough times man your gonna have to go at find these jobs hardcore man.

actually there is...but its not what people think...its alot of work and time consuming to set up ur own online business...but after you have that done...you can work 2-5 hours a day and make good money....check out this ebook...its what i am doing now...my 3 weeks was rocky...but now understanding how things work has really helped me...i see my income coming in everyday now. been doing it for only 2 month tho...what i do is make money off marketing other people products...look at this ebook...it shows how to set up and make money without spending any moneyhttp://bcd6av1ryc19435ds2f8nbz7s5.hop.clickbank.net/
