what can i put on flyers so they dont go straight to the garbage,im advertising cleaning and the flyers have been good but in hard economyits not so easy to get contracts this is for cleaning stairways,halls in apartment buildings and im brainstorming what other i can print on them so people keep them

You should get information on writing ad copy. Use plenty of headlines. The headlines should ask questions and provoke the buyer to solve a problem. They should spark curiosity. I would also be inclined to say that placing random flyers about a cleaning service is not a very targeted marketing approach. Are those people parking at Wal-Mart actually looking for a cleaning service? Likely not.You should consider posting to Craigslist. Both me and my fiance have had great success with Craigslist. You need to have them professionally designed! When they look like garbage, they end up going into the garbage! (High traffic location is a must for clothing business).. what will be your specialty ?? adult / females/ males/ or everything ??.. it will cost you alot much if you get everything at once as a start.. and you would not have the nice variety for each devision you want .. If you are looking to sell Adult and young people, clothes and Shoes.... you are looking for $70,000.00 at least to make a decent start, and decent startup push profit.. or customers base..
