How do people scam others online? -

for example i want to start taking online surveys for like 5/hr. but they have trusted sites and ones that so called scam. how do they scam a person? like i could make a separate account at a new bank, new e-mail, and start taking surveys. how do they scam?

I ll be straight with you, The majority of online survey sites are run by one person. 90% of all survey sites online are actually run by one person who collects data then re-sells it to larger established survey sites for a profit. There is also the problem of surveyers never receiving a check for their services. What I advise is to be extremely careful when registering to take online surveys. Make sure that you check out the company you are registering with and make sure that when you register they have full information and a phone number of the company you are going to do business for. Also you may want to set up another email in order to get emails from the companies you are going to do surveys for. This will help in order for you not to get too many emails in your main email account. I hope I have helped. Just beware and be wise.

You do have a lot to learn, don t you?Just Google the words survey scams , or online scams , and you should see lots of stuff to read up on.If you remain at your present level of knowledge ( or lack thereof ), you WILL get scammed, one way or another. The scammers are smart, far smarter than you think.

The simplest way is to keep a folder with all the invoices/till receipts for items you ve bought and another one for the invoices you ve raised for your customers. In addition, use Excel to keep track of what s coming in and going out so that you can see how you re doing weekly/monthly/yearly.Even if you trade enough to be VAT registered (or you opt for voluntary regulation) you can still use your Excel spreadsheet to do your VAT calculations for your return. separate folders for bills (goods purchased), separate ring pull folders for different monthly/quarterly bills, such as bank telephone, credit card, etc, keep a profit and loss account on excel, it makes life easy for you, accountants like it as well.

I would suggest using Microsoft Access but also print off copies just in case you lose the ones on the computer. Use separate folders for the printed copies
