It really does depend on the company policy, but working on shifts would be a good idea to give everyone a chance to spend with their family.

some get the holiday. Some get the day before or after the holiday. Next year switch.

Hey, im Kara and im 15. My family is going through a really rough time right now, which is making a lot of things rough on me. Ive been doing everything I can to help them, its all i can think about. But there are SO many scams its only been making the stress worse. If anyone knows of any free methods of making money online (under 18) please share! a few people do. The way your going to get most out of it without being scammed is to first download a web site making program, then make lots of pages and just talk about things you know about. It could be anything from fishing to farming, cameras to columbia. Make lots of pages that inform, advise and argue. Then put Google s java script ads on it (use pay pal). Then buy a domain name and upload it.lastly advertise for it.you will get very little out of it. chances are you may be paying more than you bring in for a little while. There are no real get rich quick schemes that work.

In theory, you can source the product form elsewhere and sue him in Small Claims Court for the difference ..Good Luck !

Technically, eBay rules and regulations prohibit this. However, you cannot force the guy to ship the item. As long as you get your money refunded, you have no recourse beyond filing a complaint with eBay and giving negative feedback

My Store Manage is editing my punches to make it look like we are only getting 50 hours a week what should I d? -

My store manager is editing my time sheet at the end of the week to make it look like i only worked 50 hours. He has us work 55-60 hours a week and then goes in at the end of the week and delete hours so he won t get into trouble. I know if I say something he will retaliate against me. Contact your state department of labor. This is highly illegal and needs to be stopped. If you are working over 40 hours in a pay week at one job, you deserve overtime for each hour after the first 40. If your employer uses a 2 week pay schedule, make sure that your 40 hours are all in the same week. The case will not be that easy to prove at first. The state will have to observe you working for the entire week and comparing the documented hours on your paycheck.
