Hello, I was selling a item on ebay but the bidder did not pay, so i posted it another sell listing and it say my account balance i owe $24... Do i have to pay that? If not how can i cancel it and says item did not sell. Please let me know thanks!

Your auction ended with a winner, so you were charged the FVF.The fact they didn t pay didn t change that.You need to file an unpaid item dispute (do NOT use mutually agreed to cancel) to get the FVF credited.

No restaurant buys it s own location unless it s a huge outfit like McDs.Easier for your purposes to assume a lease @ $20 sf (or whatever the going rate is in your area -- check the commericial real estate section of the paper).Then factor in costs of food and supplies (including transportation), employees, biz insurance, marketing, legal/accounting, costs for stuff like payroll and credit card processing, computer hardware/software (i.e., cash registers and accounting system to track your revenue and costs), etc. And don t forget taxes on your profit.
