I have the opportunity to start a business free of rent at age 15. It would be a ceramics painting party place, and I would be lent the money to start up. Do you think this would be too difficult at my age? What sort of tips would you have for someone who was starting their own business?

You are able to become a confident sole-trader if you are able to take risks and if you are good at working independently, if you have a good feeling about starting the business up then go for it but you have to be aware that you are entitled to unlimited liability (meaning that if the business can t pay for itself, then you can have your personal possessions taken off of you) If you have the determination, belief and motivation, anything is possible! This is a fake website based in Greece however the bank account is in Latvia! No response from company contacted fraud sqaud and police they are being investigated for counterfieting and will be closed down. As I paid for my goods by debit card ��117.40 I had to wait 30 days to get my money back it is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

It doesn t look good. There isn t a registered company called Tiffany Jewelry Corporation Ltd at Companies House, which is where it should be if they were UK based. There is a Tiffany Jewellery company that is applying to be struck off. It may or may not be related to them. That one has a registered office in Birmingham so it may be worth talking to the Trading Standards people there. They are likely to have heard about the problems you re having and will be able to advise you what s best to do next.As has been said elsewhere, you may be able to recover your money via your credit card company and it would be wise to ask them to issue you with a new card as you re concerned about potential fraud.The company s website doesn t have proper contact details, which it should have under the Distance Selling Regulations. This makes it very difficult for you to track them down and makes it easy for them to defraud you.Best of luck!

I have also placed an order with these around the same time you did, i was worried to so i contacted my bank and asked them about it, they told me that the verified by visa that comes up when you make payment is safe and that it is there to protect you, i asked them if i need to cancel my cards to be safe but they said it would be fine, i am still waiting for my order to, they said it would take up to 10 days, so if it is a rip off at least i know they cant get anymore out of me

Done the same thing, its a totally fake website, trading standards have had a look and are certain its a scam. Only way to claim is through visa protection. I foolishly paid by debit card so have to wait 30 days for delivery; if nothing arrives I can claim money back hopefully. Have you received your goods yet?

its on a case-by-case basis. ask your supervisor if they are okay with it. if its distracting or competes against your company they probably wont let you. if you re getting all your work done and not distracting others from doing their jobs or losing sales they will probably be cool with it.
