Why is it cant you findquot;Cash convertersquot;in the yellow pages underquot;Pawn Brokersquot;? -

After all it is their core business?Could it be that their just parasites?

They are listed under Pawnbrokers in the online version, they can t print them under every category in the paper version or it would go on forever.... for example Cash converters would probably fit under the following categories - LeachesCrime syndicatesSwindlersDodgy bastardsLoad sharks And so on.

You should never pay any money upfront for a work at home JOB. There are very few legitimate work from home JOBs. If you want to work from home by starting your own home-based BUSINESS, you can expect that there will be some start-up costs for a small initial supply of products to show people or a monthly charge for a website to sell products or services online. You will also need marketing materials like business cards, brochures, etc.

You can make money if you use right way. I tried many way, but could not make money. I found the best way that works amazing for anyone. I make easy money using this way. You should have look right information that works. I recommend you. You can find more information at http://bit.ly/56Lp2

I really need to get to work? -

Will someone PLEASE tell me to get off my A**E and go shower and get to work, I didn t get onto this yesterday at all and i m having withdrawal symptoms. I really should have been there an hour ago it s 7:45 am now , i have staff there but doesn t it look bad if I don t turn up on time ..lol or should I say get on with it staff and sit here LOL ..

You have no need to get or to go to work. It is missing the key ingredient needs to work.

Nice to see somebody with such a relaxed attitude to their work commitments, when so many are desperate to find a job at the moment. I know plenty of hard working, inteligent people who could probably do your job for you if you wanted... then you could skive and sit on here ALLLL day.

If I tell you to get offline.. you ll still be online to read it.And then you ll wait for other answers. You re dumb.

I am looking for a work at home job that is NOT a SCAM. I have a little money to help me get started. Anyone? -

I am a stay at home mom of five and need more income. I have been searching for a at home job that is not a scam for a while now and the only thing that i found was the google thing. There are so many people that are doing that I don t see how you can actually make any cash. I dont want to sell anything. Please help me!!!

The google thing is a scam too. If you are paying to work it is a scam. You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people

Anytime a work at home job offer requires that you pay them money for upfront costs, ie processing, training, materials, it s a very big red flag indicating the job is not legitimate. You should never have to pay to work for a company. Any legitimate company will conduct normal interviews and applicant screening. If they don t, it s another indication it s probably not legit and you won t get what you paid for. The best option is to find a local job in your area and see if you can work from home with that company.

Need legal advice as for a general contractor job? -

I did a job for a client, sealing a roof of a storage place. Although I sealed it all , the water leaked somehow and the client says it is my fault. Around the roof there are kind of walls , which is all rotten, and I know the leak is from the walls down tot he floor. The walls were not part of my job, I have not sealed them , and they are all rotten. I did just the roof.I did not have any signed contract with him , did not give him any warranty. I know it is from the walls, I sealed it all properly and the walls need to be redone. It is a wood walls around it. But he says it is my responsibility. Can he sue me for that? If I have nothing in writing or warranty can he still do something? Thanks.

He can sue the question is can he win. My guess is that without a written contract specifying exactly what you were doing and what your liability was he stands a good chance of winning. I know of a similar case where the contractor claimed he was hired to do one thing and the homeowner sued for damages due to something else. The customer claimed he hired the contractor to fix some leaks and the house still leaked when the contractor finished. The homeowner said he didn t have the expertise to know where the leak was coming from. If the house needed other repairs the contractor should have told him what needed to be done before starting the job. The judge ruled in the homeowners favor. The contractor did get paid for most of the work that was done because there was no dispute that the work was done properly.
