Best way to look for the big stores or better the manufacturer s / companies of those kind of chairs you want .. You have to go through as many as you can and try to cut a deal.. I could help you.. yet I m in USA.. so shipping charges will hurt you.. so The best option is to try and look for those kind of people and stores or companies and see.. wherever you do, do not use ur debit card overseas. lots of fraud. me personally i prefer to use my credit cards of course they charged i believe 3% or 1% to use it over seas but is safer you dont use your cash and you are not exposing your cash. another way to do is getting travelers checks. this way if you loose them american express will replace them where ever you are at.
