Don t be too specific, it limits your ability to expand. If you define yourself as the best at washing driveways will I hire you if I want you do do my house or pool deck? The word CLEAN should be in your company name though. Clean is always a good selling point.Personally I don t think a catchy name makes much of a difference in this line of work. Referals come from word of mouth and neighbor telling neighbor. When you do a job on a house, make sure that you give flyers to every other house on the block. I want to go over my current Indian client and do business directly with his client in Germany. How do I appro? -

Things that are pinning me are:1. Is this unethical(From my side it is not, as my current client has gone behind my back and started doing business directly with my sub-contractor. Which I believe is unecthical treatment towards me)2. Will the German client take my direct approch postively(he will not be knowing my circumstances).3. Could this in any way back fire on me.I have never done any export business. I dont know how the Germans or international markets think over these issues.

Selling goods for other people - legal rights? -

I recently began selling a quantity of items for someone but soon realised the quality wasn t good and didn t want to continue. I told them this and told them to arrive and collect the money I d made for them plus their remaining goods on a certain day. They arrived a day early when I was out. For the next 2 months I have tried to arrange a pick up and payment but it hasn t worked out and now they are annoyed at me for having to wait so long! I am now busy until the 18th of December and asked them to come and see me then. However they are up in arms about having to wait. Am I within my rights to stick to that date for pick up and payment? What legal rights could they bring against me? Many thanks

I certainly hope you made a copy of the correspondance stating when they could pick up their crap. Were they there on the day of the pre-arranged appointment? NO they came the wrong day and that is NOT your problem. If their stuff is being stored on your property it may be yours now. Check with a local attorney most first visits are free and if the property has been in your posession for 60 days past when they wre to pick it up in most states you are free to dispose of it however you see fit. Pick up that phone. Lawyer will let you know if there is a case or not.

you start by asking neighbors to let you go through their trash and collect all the bottles and sell them. Then you go back to only the ones that said yes and you ask them all if they need anything straightened or sorted and cleaned out in their garages. then when you have cleaned out all the garages on five blocks you go back and get them to let you mow all their yards leaving the last one (that has a pool) so you can jump in to get all the pollen off you. then you get a paper route and then when you are fifteen you go to work at a grocery store bagging groceries.

where do you live?i m from canada (eh), and you can get a job at tim hortons at 14..which is a coffee shop...you have some in the states too.so my guess, try coffee shops and grocery stores. many will hire 14 year olds, if not 15 year olds.give er a try!good luck friend
