Try emailing your buyer and see what the problem is. If after 7 days you get no response, then you may report this to EBAY directly, and they will make a formal inquiry which may result in the buyer losing his purchasing privileges.

I ve been selling on ebay since 2003. I generally give the buyer three days to pay. If not paid by then, I send a reminder. If unpaid in a week, then I contact ebay that the buyer has not paid.

If it s been a few days, use the help thingo on eBay. It lets you talk live to a person that will help you.

When did the auction end? I d give him a few days, at least.

A catchy cool business name for photo editing and designs? -

Sooooo...I m starting my own business that deals with mainly retouching photos, minor-major retouches, like taking out backgrounds, adding text/other things to images, making personalized calenders and cards for the holidays or bridal showers or other occasions. I also specialize in restoration of old photographs and adding color to black and white. I also design business cards, logos, and newsletters. I ve been experienced in the program Photoshop for 5 years and am currently in school at the Art Institute so I am learning the other programs like Illustrator (which Im getting pretty good at) but I am not experienced in making websites unless it s just a banner or buttons. I m not HTML or CSS experienced yet..but basically anything else in the field of graphic design and photography retouching I can do..and I can do it quite well. So please help me think of a SWEET business name! My name is Amanda Leigh Ragen but I really dont want to use my last name. I was thinking Mandy s designs but that sounds to original. when i started my company, i added things to my web site that i would look for if i was looking for a company like mine. I own a personal care home, so I added a sample menu, what is included in the care i give, meals, snacks, laundry, including ironing but dry cleaning not available, the hours someone is actually awake on site, general pricing, etc. I wanted to give the prospective client all the information I could, so that I would receive only serious calls who could afford my services. I added an e-mail address so they could ask questions, without feeling any sales pressure. I love pics. Nothing (at least in my line of work) is worse than getting excited about something and then feeling let down when you actually see it. I gave my address as well, because I wanted the prospective client to be able to see the neighborhood they would be moving their mothers to. That may or may not work for you, depending on what services you are offering.Hope this helps. Roll play with friends and family. Ask them to pretend they are looking for your services and make note of their queries.

Hi Jennifer. I guess it depends on what business you are in. My customers always comment on the pictures. My site is simple yet thorough. Most questions that would be asked by a customers phone call are answered on my site. when they call I direct them to my site. If they like what they see or they are interested they call me back. No, it is not free. To register a trademark, contact either your Secretary of State for a State trademark or the US Patent Trademark Office for a Federal trademark. If you are only conducting business in one state, then a State trademark is most appropriate. If you conduct business in at least 2 states OR between the US any other country, you can file for a Federal trademark.First use or common-law rights do give you some protection.
