To be honest, I don t know the legal answer to your question. I suspect that you will have to have some sort of license, though, in order to make sure that you can take care of the animals.As a pet owner (currently I am owned by three cats, but I ve had dogs in the past), I would not be willing to trust my animals to anyone who DOESN T have insurance, whether it s legally required or not. You might want to think about that for a while. The people who care about their pets will want the best of care, and those are the ones who will board their pets. The people who take a more casual approach are more likely to have someone drop by their house and throw a can of dog food in the back yard.
umm...well that is ironic..you want it to be professional yet not insured or licensed..No pet owner with a brain is going to leave the love of their life with someone who isn t..and yes you do need to be..
