Basically you can just use excel sheet to record the inventory but you shall update it if any in or out of the parts. At the same time, listed down the safety stock to remind you to avoid out of stock.By the way, you shall find the root cause why your inventory get messed up or you will face the problem again. Stock not accurate mostly due to the human problem, data no being updated. If this is the case, you shall ensure all the concern member are doing the right thing to keep it accurate

Methods of maintaining parts inventory correctly? -
We manufacture circuit boards and we have a lot of small parts. Our inventory always get messed up. What are some of the techniques or methods to keep the inventory accurate. Any resource or anything will be helpful.
