I have always been working with Call centers. Now i would like to start with my own business. And i chose to do recruitment, where i can send candidates for interview in MNCs. Can some one help me to start off with it? And the basic requirement to set this up..

Start a manpower resourcing agency within the Call Centre environment you are already familiar in. Call centres need fresh graduates - Service Advisors, who are usually fresh graduates. You will need to get your demand and supply side working at the same time. Approach a few large BPO s and find out who are their main suppliers of talent. Try and see if you can start off as a sub-contractor to them.Once this is done and the commercial arrangements are worked out, focus on the supply side. You can start with contacting smaller recruitment firms, build campaigns through campus promotions, etc. once you have built a good database, you should screen the candidates and make sure that you are sending in the right people for the interviews. If your initial work is good I see no reason why you should not be able to build your business. Make sure you have enough savings to manage you through the initial period. Best of Luck!
