Is cheapshop4.com a scam website or legit? -

I ve found this website and I want to buy a new macbook pro but it sounds way too good to be true. They ve told me that the reason it s so cheap is because there is no tax in china, but a 1600 euro reduction seems a little extreme.Does anybody know?
