its a big piece of land and it has a small fence all the way around. the neighborhood is low income. its open with no structures and has a large tree in the centre

lease it to buyers that are interested in using it for farming, housing our etc...

Rent the land and have the renter develop it. If there is a possiblility of a business moving into the neighborhood. Otherwise just rent it to some locals or sell it.
